And in order to lose weight in a sustainable way (not a yo-yo diet-y way), there’s a bit more depth that’s needed. It’s not hard, but it’s layered...and a superficial “diet plan” just won’t cut it.


You need a deeper approach to healing the reasons you reach for food when you’re not hungry.


I know it sounds daunting, but it’s hella easier (and more permanent) than any yo-yo or fad diet you’re tempted to try...especially when you have someone beside you who has walked this road.

My name is Audra, and this

build the roadmap

Using food as fuel is NOT about mastering willpower, restriction or deprivation. It’s about untangling the wires that you’ve got crossed and deeply understanding, respecting and mastering physical hunger vs. emotional hunger.


You’ll work the Love it 2 Lose it System & Food Freedom Formula alongside your coaching team along with a supportive community.

step three:

clear the mental junk food

When you stop believing the toxic thoughts and everything gets healthier. By build a strong, healthy mental space, your inner demons will no longer be dictating your thoughts, feelings, food choices and life.

Each week, you’ll meet for coaching to discuss key milestones, help you walk through any challenges you might be facing, and celebrate the huge wins (because there will be a lot of them!)


We also provide the individualized practices, training, and resources that will help you continue taking action and getting the results you’ve only dreamed of until now.

step four:

real resolution

Overeaters have a difficult time processing emotions and times of intensity. If you do not work through them you hold onto them. You’ll stuff them down with food.


This isn't just about “feeling your feelings”. This is about learning how to process, release and transform overwhelming energy and emotions.


When we do this inner work together, your Nervous System will have the green light to let go of any excess physical, mental or emotional weight.

step five:

Rinse and repeat

Just like we have to bathe our bodies regularly to keep healthy hygiene, we must consistently work these steps to keep healthy mental and emotional hygiene.

This is not about going back to the beginning or starting over. It’s about reaching new levels by slaying new devils by working the tools, walking the walk, and moving to your advanced levels of inner peace. The only way out is through, and this is the path to mastery.


And we gotchu. When you hit a rough patch and you’re ready to say “screw it”, your team of coaches are there to “talk you off the plank” and help you use the experience to deepen your journey and keep moving forward.
